What is your return policy for apparel and music?

We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

What should I do if my vinyl record arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a refund if the item is out of stock.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
