How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During high-volume periods or limited edition releases, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery. Shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 2-4 weeks.
What is your return policy for apparel and music?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of delivery. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
What should I do if my vinyl record arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a refund if the item is out of stock.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast shipping, we begin processing orders immediately. We can only cancel or modify an order if it has not yet been processed by our fulfillment team. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
